Located in the beautiful coastal town of Goa, India, Shiva Yoga was founded in 2023 and has already trained over 1000+ yoga teachers. Registered with Yoga Alliance, we offer immersive and transformative yoga experiences designed to deepen your practice and elevate your teaching journey.

We offer :

• 200-hour, 300-hour, and 100-hour Yoga Teacher Training Courses beginning on the 2nd of every month, (if not join anytime options available).
• 50-hour Yin Yoga and Ayurveda Teacher Training (Starts every Monday to Saturday)
• Transformative 3, 5, and 7-day retreats

Our curriculum

includes pranayama, mantra chanting, asana, alignment, anatomy, philosophy, Ayurveda, and traditional yogic practices, blending classical wisdom with modern understanding.

Beyond the classroom, students experience open pool access, ice baths, cleansing rituals, mud baths, ecstatic dance, sound healing, cooking, gardening, and meaningful community connection.

 

​We provide comfortable accommodation with 3–4 sharing same-gender dormitories as well as private rooms, ensuring a peaceful and supportive stay.
