Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment:
   - All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
   - A deposit or full payment may be required to secure a reservation.
   - Payment terms, including deposit requirements, cancellation policies, and refund conditions, will be communicated at the time of booking.

2. Participant Responsibilities:
   - Participants are responsible for their health and well-being during the retreat and Yoga Teacher Training Courses (TTC).
   - It is recommended to consult with a healthcare professional before participating in any wellness activities, especially if there are existing medical conditions or concerns.

3. Liability Waiver:
   - Participants may be required to sign a liability waiver releasing Shiva Yoga and its staff from any responsibility for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the retreat or TTC.

4. Code of Conduct:
   - Participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes respect, inclusivity, and mindfulness.
   - Guidelines for behavior, dress attire, and interactions with others are in place to maintain a harmonious and supportive environment.

5. Cancellation and Refunds:
   - Cancellation policies vary and are outlined at the time of booking.
   - Participants may be entitled to a full or partial refund depending on the timing of the cancellation and the retreat or TTC's refund policy.
   - Fees for cancellations or changes to bookings may apply.

6. Health and Safety:
   - Shiva Yoga prioritizes the health and safety of its participants and staff.
   - Participants are required to follow any health and safety protocols, including COVID-19 guidelines, implemented by Shiva Yoga.

7. Intellectual Property:
   - Any materials, content, or intellectual property provided by Shiva Yoga are protected by copyright laws.
   - Participants agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without prior consent from Shiva Yoga.

8. Changes to Itinerary:
   - Shiva Yoga reserves the right to make changes to the retreat or TTC itinerary, schedule, or program content at its discretion.
   - Participants will be notified of any significant changes in advance, and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate participants' needs and preferences.

9. Governing Law:
   - These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Shiva Yoga operates.
   - Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, participants contribute to the harmonious and transformative atmosphere of Shiva Yoga.
